Strawberry jam, trifle sponge, sherry and vanilla ganache

Ingredients: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier – SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier - SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, lactose (MILK), skimmed MILK powder), strawberry jam (sugar, strawberries, lemon juice), trifle sponges (WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), sugar,  EGG, salt , raising agents, (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), flavouring, preservative, (potassium sorbate), vanilla flavouring (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, natural vanilla extract, modified starch, bourbon vanilla beans, colour - caramel, salt, thickener- xanthan gum), butter (MILK),  sherry, glucose syrup, sorbitol, sugar strands (sugar, glucose syrup, starch (MAIZE) vegetable oil (coconut, rapeseed), cocoa powder, colour - E10, E101, E120, E131, E160a, emulsifier - lecithins, anti-caking agent, potato starch)

Milk chocolate contains min cocoa solids 37% and min milk solids 20.1%,  White chocolate contains min cocoa solids 30% and min milk solids 14%,

Allergens: milk, soya, gluten, egg

Manufactured in an environment where milk, soya, gluten, nuts, egg, sulphites, sesame and celery are handled
