Delivery and Returns

 We use Royal Mail for orders up to 2kg, when an alternative courier may be used.  In the event of Royal Mail strike action or other disruptions to their service, an alternative courier may be employed.

 The following are our postage and packaging charges for delivery within the UK. Prices are for delivery to a single specified address.

 Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – £3.95

  • First Class (1-2 working days) – £4.95
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery (3-5 working days) – £5.45
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery (1-2 working days) – £6.45

 Orders must be placed by 11am Monday to Friday to be dispatched the same day.  Otherwise, they will be dispatched the next working day and arrive within the timeframes stated above from that date.  Royal Mail now offer a Saturday Tracked 24 service whereby collection will be made on a Saturday and delivery on a Sunday.  Orders must be received by us by 10am on Saturday for this service to be available.

 Orders which are to be collected from Mocha, (Richmond or Aske branch) will be available 24 hours after the order has been successfully placed unless otherwise agreed. These can be collected during our shop opening hours.

 Delivery is by Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated by us. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and UK Bank Holidays (which are not counted as working days).

 International delivery can also be arranged, and a quote for the cost of this can be provided upon request.

BFPO Addresses
These are dispatched by Royal Mail and may be subject to delays.

Correct Address/Postcodes
We will deliver to an address and postcode as entered on the order and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Should an item be returned because of a failed delivery we cannot be held responsible. No refund is possible due to the unknown holding conditions and temperatures that may possibly affect the quality of the chocolate. We will delivery to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the address is incorrect or incomplete.

Adverse weather
Occasionally there may be instances where we have to delay delivery due to very hot weather (yes, it does happen now and again!). We have no control over the delivery conditions during transit and there may be a risk of your chocolate being ruined. We would much prefer to delay your delivery and ensure they get there in perfect condition. If this happens, you will be notified by email that your delivery may be late and how long it will be delayed. We always keep you up to date with any progress and notify you as soon as they are to be delivered.

Returns
We will do our best to help in any situation where you are unhappy with your purchase.
