10 days notice is required

Parties run between 4.30pm and 6pm unless otherwise arranged.

£50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

At least one adult must be present during the workshop for supervision and safety purposes.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the workshop.  The party can be transferred to another date if required.

The chocolate making activity is recommended for children aged 6 upwards, but younger children can attend if they are fully supervised by an adult.

The children must wear the aprons, hairnets and gloves provided during the party.

The price of the package includes all materials, ingredients and packaging.

Allergens used on site include but are not limited to nuts, dairy, soya, sesame, egg and gluten.

We will be in touch two weeks prior to your workshop to request final numbers of participants together with dietary requirements and any additional chocolate extras you might want to add to your experience with us. Upon receipt of this we will issue the final invoice (less deposit received) to be paid one week prior to your booking.

FAQ Chocolate Parties:

1) Can we bring party food?
Unfortunately not, only food and chocolate provided by us can be consumed on site.

2) Can we bring a cake?
Yes if you would like to bring a cake we can sing happy birthday and fit this into the party. Once we have sung and blown out the candles the cake will need to be cut up and taken home with each child. We can provide cake boxes at a cost of 50p each or you are welcome to bring your own napkins or boxes.

3) Can we stay and watch?
Yes of course, you can buy a coffee and get involved if you wish.

4) Can we extend the length of the party?
Unfortunately not, an hour and a half is the maximum party length for children, although this may overrun slightly.

5) Do you have parking?
Yes there is parking on site, details will be sent to you when booking

6) Do you cater for dietary requirements?
As we make products containing nuts and gluten in our Chocolate Studio we cannot guarantee that our chocolate does not contain traces. Our dark chocolate is dairy free but may contain traces of milk
