Our ganache chocolates have a shelf life of around 10 weeks and fillings such as fudge, marzipan, Turkish Delight etc have around 6 months, but we hope you'll eat them straight away to appreciate their their freshest and more intense flavours!

Like all chocolate, store in a cool place and not in the fridge as this may create blooming.

We handmake our chocolates, we don't use machinery to fill, coat or decorate and that's why every chocolate you see will be slightly different.

Yes they are rustic and not particularly delicate or perfect but we think that's the beauty of a handmade chocolate.

We don't touch up or amend the chocolates in our photos either - what you see is a genuine image of our products.
