Cocktails into Chocolates is a fun, flavour-led experience where classic cocktails provide the inspiration for your own collection of handmade chocolates.

From the rich coffee notes of an Espresso Martini to the zing of a Mojito or the tropical flavours of a Piña Colada or Kir Royale, you'll discover how the flavours that make a great cocktail can be reimagined as a delicious chocolate.

Guided by a Mocha chocolatier, you'll explore flavour combinations, create fillings and learn how to balance chocolate with fruit, spirits and other ingredients to create chocolates with a distinctly grown-up twist.

What you'll do

You'll explore the relationship between cocktails and chocolate, learning how familiar drinks can be broken down into their individual flavours and transformed into chocolate fillings.

Possible content includes:

• An introduction to flavour development in chocolate
• Exploring how the key flavours of a cocktail can be translated into a chocolate
• Creating cocktail-inspired ganaches and fillings
• Making chocolate shells, cups or moulded chocolates
• Piping and filling your creations
• Balancing chocolate, fruit, alcohol and other flavours
• Creating chocolates inspired by classic cocktails
• Decorating your chocolates with finishes inspired by their cocktail flavours
• Tips and techniques from your Mocha chocolatier
• And naturally, plenty of tasting along the way

The cocktails, flavours and decorative finishes may change throughout the year, allowing our chocolatiers to introduce seasonal combinations and new ideas.

While your chocolates are setting, we'll stop for a complimentary cocktail and a chance to relax and chat.

What you'll take home

You'll leave with your own handmade collection of cocktail-inspired chocolates, beautifully presented in an 24-chocolate Mocha box and finished with ribbon.

You'll also receive your Mocha Chocolate Experience certificate, a photograph from your experience and our ganache recipe to take home.

You'll also receive a special discount on Mocha chocolates purchased on the day – although you may find yourself looking at the chocolate cabinet rather differently after creating your own.
