Prepare to indulge your senses as we bring together three of life’s finest pleasures: cheese, wine and chocolate, each thoughtfully paired and perfectly presented.

We’re delighted to welcome Amber Lee from The Cheese Press in Richmond who will guide you through a handpicked selection of exceptional cheeses featuring bold local favourites from the Dales alongside luxurious artisan varieties from across Britain and the Continent.

Each cheese is paired with a small glass of expertly chosen wine enhancing and elevating every bite and an accompaniment such as chutney for an indulgent experience.

To complete the tasting our chocolatiers at Mocha have created exquisite handmade chocolates, designed to complement both the wine and cheese in imaginative, flavourful ways.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Aske estate, this is a relaxed, guided tasting evening with a difference—delicious, distinctive, and full of flavour.
