Delivery Information
Orders must be placed by 11am Monday to Friday to be dispatched the same day although we will always endeavour to get orders processed the same day if we can. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas or Easter.
Collect from Mocha – Free collection from our Richmond or Aske stores. Orders will be available 24 hours after the order has been successfully placed unless otherwise agreed, and you will receive an email to advise you when the item is ready to collect. Please note our opening hours when collecting.
The following are our postage and packaging charges for parcel delivery within the UK. Prices are for delivery to a single specified address.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery (3-5 working days) – £5 (£1 for orders over £50)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery (1-2 working days) – £6.50 (£2.50 for orders over £50)
Gift vouchers and items that we can post through your letter box will be cheaper than this and will be shown when checking out.
Royal Mail now offer a Saturday Tracked 24 service whereby collection will be made on a Saturday and delivery on a Sunday. Orders must be received by us by 10am on Saturday for this service to be available.
