Moulded Chocolates Workshop

Create stunning hand-finished chocolates in our Chocolate Den (2 hours)

Wander into our Chocolate Den at Mocha on the Aske Country Estate and settle in for an afternoon of colour, flavour and a touch of alchemy.

In this two-hour workshop you’ll learn to create elegant moulded chocolates using our professional magnetic moulds.

Guided by Mocha’s chocolatiers, you’ll decorate your moulds with vibrant cocoa butter transfers that leave a gleam of pattern on every chocolate. You can also sprinkle and swirl your way through a selection of toppings, adding texture and sparkle with nuts, flakes, fruit pieces and other tiny delights.

Once your moulds are dressed, you’ll cast them in fine couverture chocolate, fill them with smooth ganache and unmould a tray of beautifully finished treats ready to take home.

Refreshments are included, and we keep the atmosphere relaxed and inviting, whether you join us solo or gather a group for a shared creative escape.

All workshops run from 1pm to 3pm.
